Any additional work (as outlined below) is charged at a reduced service rate which is exclusively available for our Managed Service clients.
Consulting sessions are typically not included and may be subject to separate billing (at a reduced rate).
All Project work is billed separately (at a reduced rate). We offer both fixed price as well as time & material. (e.g. hardware installs, server builds, software deployments).
